a. Furnace Process Data Analytics

Our More than capable On-site Field Engineers collect as well as maintain various essential data in and around furnace controlling parameters such as Temperature of zones, operating pressures, maintaing A/F ratio in order to reduce excess fuel consumption and by controlling air we reduce Burning loss.

We have service Engineers with background of various trades such as Thermal,Mechanical as well as Electrical Engineering who acts as a Operations head and is solely responsible for maintaining process parameters and to have proper communication with Client in order to run operations with minimal downtime and higher productivity.

By using Data analytics on reheating furnace we can analyse operations and setpoints on which furnace should operate on.We use number of Open world software to make reports and analyse operations.

b. On-Site Energy Meter Calibration

Energy meter calibration for all industrial/commercial customers.

Using Reference Energy meter kit, that is tested and certified by MGVCL-HiTech Laboratory, which is duly certified by the National Accredition Board for Testing and Calibration laboratories (NABL), by Government of India.

On load testing of energy meters avoids requirements of shutdown.

Test certificate if provided after testing carried out for each Energy meters.

c. Harmonic Audit

Analyze level of harmonics and reading instantaneous values of various electrical parameters, at various feeder level for various load conditions.

Monitoring and recording of Electrical parameters including THD(Total Harmonic Distortion) and individual harmonics up to 50th level.

In case harmonics level seems to be above range (as per IEEE-519 norms), we design and derive harmonic mitigation solution and recommend in our report.
